Description of the 3D printer "X400"
The German RepRap X400 develops the concept of self-reproducing printers (RepRap), providing the possibility of large-format high-precision printing while maintaining the potential for modification according to the individual requirements of users. In the basic configuration, the printer comes with one extruder and a heated platform for printing ABS and PLA plastics. It is possible to install a second extruder for simultaneous printing with different materials and colors. The thickness of the applied layer is 100µm, with maximum dimensions of printed models being 400x400x350mm.
