ExOne X1-Lab is a research installation for rapid prototyping with powdered metals, plastics, glass, and sand mixtures using the method of selective deposition of binder material (3DP). The maximum size of the manufactured parts reaches 40x60x35mm. The device is characterized by a high building speed - the time of applying one layer with a thickness of 50µm does not exceed one minute. The positioning accuracy reaches 63.5µm with a layer thickness of 100µm. It is specially designed for research and educational organizations.
