Super Discovery 3D Printer Workstation
Large-format hybrid production system based on the Super Discovery 3D printer, combining extrusion 3D printing with granular polymer materials with mechanical processing. The system is equipped with a screw extruder with a capacity of up to 6 kg/h, kinematics on Panasonic servo drives, and a milling head for surface finishing. To combat shrinkage when growing large products, 3D printing is carried out in a closed chamber with a heated platform. The working area reaches 1500x2000x1000 mm, and if necessary, the equipment can be scaled to order.
