SLM Solutions SLM 500 HL is an industrial installation for additive manufacturing of metal products using the selective laser melting (SLM) method. SLM 500 HL has a large size chamber, allowing the creation of large models with dimensions of 500x280x325mm. Melting is carried out by two lasers with a power of 400W or 1000W each, and the minimum thickness of the applied layer is 20µm. Titanium, aluminum, steel, and other metal powders and alloys are used as consumables.
