Description of the 3D printer "SkyOne"
SkyOne is a 3D printer built on the dual SCARA mechanism with automatic gap selection. The advantage of using such a scheme in a 3D printer is the absence of stretching belt elements and the need to adjust clearances in supports. SkyOne 3D printers feature the ability to easily replace the extruder with an engraving-milling head. The rigidity of the mechanism's levers allows for milling plastic, engraving, and milling printed circuit boards. It is possible to install a laser, dispenser, vacuum gripper, or pneumatic marker. When using the printer as a milling-engraving machine, the heated platform for 3D printing is replaced with an aluminum table with T-slots, on which processed parts can be conveniently fastened.| Purpose | Personal |
