Description of the 3D printer "S-Max"
ExOne S-Max - an industrial installation for 3D printing (3DP) of sand casting molds. The forms are created by selectively applying drops of binding material to thin layers of sand. The finished products can be immediately used for pouring. The size of the working area is 1800x1000x700mm. The thickness of the applied layer is approximately 280μm. S-Max is designed for use in design bureaus and foundries. The ability to obtain a ready-to-pour mold within a few hours significantly reduces production preparation times.
