RSPro450 is an industrial stereolithographic system from Shanghai Union Technology. The build area is 450x450x350 mm. The device has automated control of the level of photosensitive resin and build modes. The typical scanning speed is 12m/s. The marble platform allows the machine to print with a layer thickness of 0.03-0.25 mm, in order to obtain high-quality surfaces. The closed control system strategy controls the motion of the build platform, resin level, laser power, temperature, and vacuum control of the resin surface, enabling excellent accuracy and stability of the entire system.
