Description of the 3D printer "REX 6k mono"
REX 6k mono is the largest Russian photopolymer LCD 3D printer from the manufacturer 3DiY.
LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) is a technology for printing products by polymerizing photopolymer resins under ultraviolet irradiation.
The model is designed for the production of complex geometry parts, or models that require superb detailing and quality.
The feature of REX 6K mono is the combination of a 12.8-inch monochrome matrix with a 6K resolution and a powerful ParaLED UV light source, which allows for the creation of very high-quality large details.
All load-bearing parts and the platform are made of milled aluminum with high precision. Thanks to the large matrix and reliable mechanics, REX 6K mono has a truly huge working area height - 400 mm.
The printer's build volume is 17.3 liters (278x156x400 mm). For the continuous printing of large parts, a reservoir with automatic resin refilling is provided.
Thanks to the use of the matrix ParaLED UV light source, the model is uniformly illuminated from all sides and has high-quality polymerization. The 405 nm wavelength allows the use of the vast majority of photopolymer resins available on the market.
The 3D printer REX 6K mono is equipped with a large 4.3-inch touchscreen for controlling all printing processes. A USB drive is used for stand-alone printing. There is also the possibility of connecting to a PC via USB and printing over the network via Ethernet.
Together with the printer, a fairly large supply kit is included, which includes consumables and tools for servicing the printer.
