The Phrozen Transform is an unusual large-format desktop photopolymer system with variable resolution and a working area. The 3D printer operates on the LCD mask stereolithography technology, but the design allows for quick configuration of the exposure module, using either a 13-inch liquid crystal matrix with a resolution of 76 microns, or two 5-inch matrices with a pixel size of 47 microns. The backlight remains unchanged and consists of an ultraviolet LED array with light rectification, providing uniform light flow distribution over 95% of the build area. The system is designed to work with photopolymer resins optimized for 405 nm UV exposure.
