Description of the 3D printer "Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K"
The Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K is a large-format desktop photopolymer 3D printer using LCD masking stereolithography technology. Despite a large working volume of up to 330x185x400 mm, the system provides high detail with a pixel size of only 43 microns. This is achieved through the use of a large 15-inch monochrome liquid crystal matrix with 8K resolution. The use of a monochrome mask with increased light transmittance also allows for high productivity with a Z-axis growth rate of up to 70 mm/h. The onboard interface includes a five-inch touch screen, and 3D model preparation for printing is done using the popular ChiTuBox slicer.
