Description of the 3D printer "Phrozen Shuffle 4K"
The Phrozen Shuffle 4K is a variant of the desktop photopolymer 3D printer Shuffle with increased resolution. The device relies on LCD mask stereolithography technology and uses a 5.5-inch 4K resolution matrix instead of 2K, resulting in a decrease in pixel size from 47 to 31 micrometers. The illumination is carried out by an ultraviolet LED array with light rectification (ParaLED second generation). The system is designed to work with photopolymer resins optimized for 405nm UV light exposure. The proprietary PZSlice slicer is used to prepare digital models.
