Description of 3D printer "Original Prusa SL1"
Original Prusa SL1
The first photopolymer 3D printer produced by Prusa Research under the leadership of the famous Czech engineer-designer Josef Prusa. The additive system relies on LCD mask stereolithography technology, using a liquid crystal matrix with a resolution of 2K (2560x1440), a pixel size of 47 microns, and a 25W LED backlight for photopolymer curing with a 405nm wavelength UV light. Various photopolymers optimized for 405nm UV light exposure can be used as consumables. The tank is equipped with a sensor that warns the user of a lack of consumable material. An optional device for washing and post-curing printed items is also available.
