Description of 3D printer "HRPM-II"
Binhurp HRPM-II is an industrial installation for additive manufacturing using selective laser melting (SLM) method. The technology allows for the creation of complex metal parts from steel, titanium, nickel, tungsten, and various alloys with minimal material wastage. The device uses a laser with a power of 200 or 400W and high scanning speed – up to 5m/s. The maximum size of models reaches 250x250x250mm. The thickness of the applied layer can be changed during printing in the range of 20-200μm.
