Description of the 3D printer "FrameWorx"
FrameWorx is a high-precision wax 3D printer for the automatic production of removable prosthesis models, capable of providing digital efficiency and unparalleled quality. FrameWorx allows for seamless transition to the use of digital technologies that enable easy and rapid production of high-quality models for removable prostheses. The use of reliable WDM (wax deposition modeling) technology ensures simultaneous production of multiple models from a well-known wax-like material used in traditional precision casting processes. FrameWorx can operate without an operator during the day, night, and on weekends, providing digital precision and efficiency. You would think that there would be an automatic second shift in model production, freeing up your hands and mind for other things. The system has a pictographic user interface that provides intuitive programming and management, without requiring specialized design knowledge to operate the printer. FrameWorx guarantees the highest resolution in the industry (5000 x 5000 x 8000 dots per inch) to ensure accurate reproduction of gingival margins and bite morphology. The models can be used for high-precision casting with minimal additional processing.
About the "FrameWorx" printer
FrameWorx allows for the creation of models with exceptionally thin walls, reducing material, labor, and final processing time. In addition, its large working area allows for the production of up to five prostheses per day, so you can do away with manual model making and the related costs.
Materials
The FrameWorx printer uses non-toxic WDM materials that burn without leaving ash and other residues, without shrinkage, expansion, or cracking, and do not pose a biological hazard or contain components requiring decontamination.
The TrueCast material for creating models is both rigid and flexible, allowing it to be used for three-dimensional printing of any dental models with high precision and exceptional dimensional stability. It is ideal for casting any alloy.
TrueSupport ensures three-dimensional printing of even the most complex models and easily melts away before casting.
