Description of the 3D printer "Elegoo Saturn S"
The Elegoo Saturn S is an upgraded version of a desktop photopolymer 3D printer using LCD masking stereolithography technology. The device uses a 9.1-inch monochrome mask with 4K resolution and an LED backlight module with an array of 54 emitters. The use of a monochrome LCD matrix with increased light transmittance capacity allowed to reduce the layer exposure time to 2-3 seconds and increase the service life. Photopolymer resins optimized for UV curing with a 405 nm wavelength are used as consumables. The onboard interface includes a 3.5-inch touchscreen display.
