Description of the "CrownWorx" 3D Printer
CrownWorx is a high-precision 3D printer for the automatic production of wax models of crowns and bridges. CrownWorx allows for an easy transition to digital technologies, which make it convenient and fast to produce high-quality models for crowns, bridges, and other types of dental prosthetics. Thanks to the use of precise and reliable WDM (wax deposition modeling) technology, the CrownWorx 3D printer creates models from a well-known wax-like material used in conventional precision casting processes.About the "CrownWorx" Printer
CrownWorx allows for an easy transition to digital technologies, which make it convenient and fast to produce high-quality models for crowns, bridges, and other types of dental prosthetics. Thanks to the use of precise and reliable WDM (wax deposition modeling) technology, the CrownWorx 3D printer creates models from a well-known wax-like material used in conventional precision casting processes.
The CrownWorx printer can operate without an operator during the day, at night, and on weekends, providing digital precision and efficiency. You can consider that an automatic second shift will practically be added to the model production, freeing your hands and head for other things. The system has a pictographic user interface, providing intuitive programming and control, and does not require special design knowledge to operate the printer.
Thanks to software optimized for small detailed models, CrownWorx provides the highest resolution in the industry (5000 x 5000 x 8000 dots per inch). As a result, clear gingival margins and bite morphology are guaranteed. Models can be used for precision casting with minimal additional processing.
CrownWorx allows for the creation of models with exceptionally thin walls, reducing material, labor, and final processing time. In addition, its large working surface allows for the production of 35 to 40 prosthetics per day, so you can reduce or completely eliminate manual model making and avoid the associated costs.
Materials
The CrownWorx printer uses non-toxic WDM materials that burn out without leaving ash and other residues, without shrinkage, expansion, or cracking, and do not pose a biological hazard or contain components requiring disposal.
The TrueCast material for model creation is simultaneously solid and flexible, allowing it to be used for 3D printing of any dental models with exceptional accuracy. It is ideal for casting any alloys.
TrueSupport provides 3D printing even for the most complex prosthetics and easily melts away before casting.
