Description of the 3D printer "Creality Ender-3 S1 Plus"
Ender-3 S1 Plus is an enlarged version of the Ender-3 S1 3D printer. The build area size has increased to 300x300x300 mm compared to the original's 220x220x270 mm. The system is equipped with a lightweight direct-drive extruder called Sprite, which has two driving gears, a gear ratio of 1:3.5, and a force of 80 N. The assembly weight does not exceed 210 grams. The use of a reducer reduces the load on the motor and improves material delivery smoothness, while the installation of the feeding mechanism on the hotend (direct-feed) makes it easier to work with flexible filaments compared to bowden-style extruders. The calibration system is inherited from the Ender-3 S1: the 3D printer builds a bed surface grid using a CR-Touch optical sensor with sixteen points. The maximum hotend temperature reaches 260°C, allowing you to work with the most popular polymer materials, including PLA, ABS, PETG, thermoplastic polyurethane, and others.
