Three-dimensional printing is based on the layer-by-layer solidification of a special paste using ultraviolet laser, which is a mixture of photopolymer and ceramic powder. When the construction is completed, the material residues that have not polymerized will be removed from the surface of the product. After that, the product is washed in a special solvent. When the construction of the product is completed, the stage of burning out the photopolymer, which served as a temporary binder, will begin. Firing temperature: approximately +600°C. After removing the polymer, the product is reheated in the kiln, where the ceramics are sintered at a temperature of about +1700°C. The Ceramaker 3D printer allows the production of products with high surface quality, the roughness of which does not exceed 2 microns. Mechanical processing can be carried out at any intermediate stage. The parameter setting module has an open architecture, thanks to which it is possible to use various materials, including ones made in Russia.
