Description of the 3D printer "Bizon 2 mini"
3DiY BiZon 2 Mini
A more compact version of the desktop FDM 3D printer BiZon 2. Except for the weight and size characteristics, the device is completely similar to its older brother. The design is based on CoreXY mechanics with a strong steel frame, clad in an aluminum composite. The 3D printer is equipped with rail guides on the X and Y axes and 16-millimeter shafts with ball-screw transmission on the Z axis. For working with materials that show a high degree of shrinkage, a heated table and the ability to install transparent acrylic panels are provided to help stabilize the background temperature. Printing is done by an extruder with two drive rollers, ensuring reliable filament feed, especially when working with elastic materials.
