Description of the 3D printer "AconityMICRO"
AconityMICRO is the first compact, non-configurable additive system from Aconity, designed exclusively for laser micro-printing of metal powders (MICRO L-PBF). The 3D printer is characterized by a small diameter of the laser spot (about 35 µm) and the ability to apply layers less than ten microns thick using a special vibration application and powder leveling system. The working chambers and tanks are removable, allowing for on-the-fly replacement of consumables and/or starting the printing of a new item. Control is carried out using AconitySTUDIO software, which enables remote access to model imports and adjustments to all key parameters.
