Description of the 3D printer "Aconity3d 3DMetalWIRE"
Aconity3d 3DMetalWIRE - an additive system using the technology of laser cladding with small diameter metal wire (FW-LMD). A compact system with a build area of Ø400x400 mm uses a six-axis robot manipulator and a tilting rotary table for positioning. Material is fed in a protective gas flow. To reduce internal stresses and expand the range of compatible materials, preheating to a maximum temperature of 500°C is provided.
